The process of ordering a 3D design is very easy at 3D Download Now.

1.Send a photo or a draft with all important information about your design for quotation.

2. We review everything, and quote the work. Missing information especially those that concerns metal, weight, size, height/thickness/dimensions, stones, etc. will prolong the quotation release.

3. After you confirm that you agree with the quotation, you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $15 USD which will be deducted from the total design price.

4. When the model is finished, we will send you screenshots to your designated email address.  

5. Upon approval followed by confirmation of final balance settlement, we will send you the complete project files (stl file and a detailed info file if required).

We accommodate 1x very minor change free of charge. But any major changes based on our team's assessment or if a change request is made after the model has been finished will be charged accordingly. The price will be discussed and explained to you and the process for modification will start only after you agree with the updated price quotation.

Our website accepts major Credit Cards and PayPal as our method of payment. For wire transfers, please coordinate first to our team. The customer shall ensure the amount is paid in full and all transfer costs are covered by the customer. This includes but not limited to Outgoing Fees from Sender's Bank, Intermediary Bank Fees, etc. We do not release any designs and files until we confirmed the payment is posted to our receiving bank.

If the project includes custom sketches or exclusive ideas, we always offer to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure NDA agreement. We never resell the models or use the sketches and other ideas in any other way.

We guarantee intellectual property right of the customer.

3D Download Now files go through a rigorous quality control. We are familiar with the requirements of most of the 3D printers and machines, and the models we provide are ready to be manufactured.
